[W126 Coupe] Fouled Spark Plug

Well, I know how to change a spark plug, but I don't know what to do to
check the injector or what to do to correct the problem if the injector is
leaking. I don't even know how to determine which is the #4 injector or
where it is.

If I can determine these things and feel comfortable dealing with them I'm
willing to try, but I really don't know what I'm doing.
