[W126 Coupe] driver window switch

Far to expensive, someone needs talking to. The replacement takes no more than 10 minutes so any more than 30 minutes labour is excessive.

Just had to replace a window switch on my 1985 500SEC.
Thought $350 seems steep.  Part is $108 and $238 for labor.
Does it really take two hours to disassemble and reassemble
the console?
