[W126 Coupe] How do you change your alternator belt?

Brilliant - the only thing missing for keeping the litigious types at bay (or their ambulance-chasing representatives) is a further cautionary note to avoid contact with the spinning fan blade and the presence of some 20 gallons or so of highly explosive gasoline whilst smoking!

This was on the cardboard cover of a Dayco belt I bought for my 73 Mustang a few years ago.Obviously some idiot attempted this at one time with the net result of a legal disclaimer on new Dayco belts.Do not know if they still have this "warning' on their new beltsgood idea to change the other belts and keep them in trunkkeep cruisinJay H
