[W126 Coupe] high idle, of course

OVP's fail from bad solder joints, so does the Idle Speed Controller box in
the passenger footwell. Vacuum leaks are a cause, and so is the Idle Air
Valve.

Disconnect the horizontal throttle shaft from the portion that goes down to
the butterfly valve to eliminate the throttle linkage as a cause.

Tell me again the symptoms - constant high idle around 1200-1500 rpm?
Intermittent at 12-1500? I have CRS and need reminding.
