[W126 Coupe] ABS brakes

In  changing  brake fluid and then bleeding system for air bubbles,  
what is the correct procedure, steps to follow?

With non-ABS bleeding procedure is simple...do wheel furthest from   
master and then next wheel etc.

With ABS do you bleed the ABS control module first, and then do the  
wheels or do the wheels and then the ABS control?
