Totally true, but worst case you can always buy new Bosch Euro lenses and they're like $45 each.

  All great answers but I came from a profession that made stating the obvious a necessity.  If I don't say it and assume ...., well you could mess up BIG TIME.

  Be certain that the Euro headlights you get are intended for a left hand drive vehicle.  

  If they are not ... the lenses will point the beams the wrong way.
