I have Brembo crossed drilled slot rotors on my 84' coupe. But when it comes time to replace them I will go back to a quality stock rotor. The slotted rotors provide a means for air to pass through the rotors keeping them cooler than stock. In a race car application this is something you would definetely want. But for everyday driving they will wear out your brake pads twice as fast. Whether or not they are worth buying is a personal preference kind of thing that will ultimately be up to your pocket book. I personally think that a quality stock pair would do the job. Stock rotors vary in price quite a bit and that's g because of the differen ce in the quality of the metal used to make them, Brakes systems are a place you don't want to skimp or cut corners. There are a few companies online that have them. I got mine from Autohausaz.com. Brakeworld.com also has a good selection. I hope that helps in your decision.

Is it worth buying cross drilled rotors for my 82' 380 sec or stay stock? Where do you recommend to buy the rotors? best deal?

Ramon
