Two different fuses. One for the ACC pushbutton power in the fuse box. The other is a 30amp foil fuse that provides discreet power to the blower itself. This is up on the firewall and can become intermittent as the foil heats and cools with repeated use causing it to crack. Replaced for $3 from MB.
You may also have failing BLOWER motor brushes that will require a new motor.
You may also have an issue with the connector block on the back of the ignition switch.
