[W126 Coupe] question about blower fuse

is the blower fuse a standard fuse, meaning i can take the fuse out of a 420sel or 560 sel and it still work on my 560 sec?  my a/c comes on and off sometimes and i'm thinking its a loose connection or could the blower be going out and how hard is that to replace/access.  thanks guys.
