[W126 Coupe] Speedometer Parts

Folks,
      Speaking of speedometers, does anyone know of a source for speedometer
parts for the original speedometers in these W126 cars?  In particular, the
little plastic gears that go bad.  I wonder where speedometer repair shops
obtain them.
