"Why do you need a "keyless" system?"

So one does not have to ever have to take the key out of their pocket. Like the newer cars.



Andrew have you looked at http://www.digitalguarddawg.com/PDFS/Locking-Column-Chip-Key.pdf I've been thinking about this system for my 928 GT. I plan to remove the locking pin portion that locks the steering wheel, but leave the tumbler in place. That way one could still use the key to start the car if the system ever failed.
