[W126 Coupe] Hydraulic Suspension on 560SEC

This index works good and fast but now I can see that all I ended up downloading was 20 kbs of nothing on all 4 folders; excuse me while I go put a dunce hat on and sit in the corner.

  You might be better off to download my Index <http://web.mac.com/dakota/Mercedes/Indexes.html<http://web.mac.com/dakota/Mercedes/Indexes.html>> and use it to read the files that you copy from your CDs on to your hard drive. That way, you won't have to switch back and forth between folders, nor will you have to use that abysmal Flash crap.

    Copy the CD contents to your HDD, go to the ‘Programs’ folder you just copied and set up a ‘Desktop’ link to ‘Avick.htm’. or just double click on ‘Avick.htm’ and that will load your W126 manual menu.
    The actual pages are *.pdf files.

    Mike,
    I downloaded the manuals but I can't open them up; Windows does not recognize the file type and asks what program to use to open open the manual.   I keep thinking that I'll figure it out but I guess I should just throw in the towel and ask . . .how do you open them up?
