Hi Folks
The subject of the EZL often crops up,but I personally dont really fully
understand its function.I thought it was a resistance device to adjust
timing, but why on models such as mine (1986 Euro) have a 2 pin connection
marked EZL on the back of the speedometer and 1987 models onwards just have
solder spots where the pins once were?
Is it sending pulses to the speedometer in conjunction with the
differential mounter sensor? If anyone has any thoughts I would love to know.
Kind Regards Dan 1986 560SEC Euro (220kw)
