[W126 Coupe] Becker radio no sound?

Hi,

Yes I had this happen...

I bought a brand new becker and scratched my head for days when I got no sound... I got a replacement unit and the same happened! I tried the unit in another car and it worked fine... In the end i found i had that a speaker connection had bent allowing the two speaker wires to touch... This prompted the unit to shut the amplifier down for safety..

Hey guys,

Long time no post. Anyhow, my Becker radio seems to turn on, accept a code, and activate the power antenna, but there is NO SOUND. Has anyone had this happen before? Is there a fuse for the amplifiers?
