        On your suggestion, I contacted Potomac.  They

        did not have any, then suddenly the guy says,

        the location in Ft. Myers has one.  So, he's having

        it shipped up here and I'll go look at it.  Keep you

        posted.

That's actually a good price, assuming its new MB.  Mine was over $1000 from
what I remember, maybe closer to 12 or 1300.  On mine glass is under
comprehensive, not collision, so no dings against you for filing those types
of claims.

Won't your insurance cover it?  Mine did, so I went with new.  Good thing
too, because the first one delaminated within the first few months so MB
replaced it again.

 

If not, how far is Potomac from you (FL location)?  A lot of cars ended up
on yards thanks to the C4C, of course most in California, but some out East
too.  Or the MD location for Potomac might have something.  Only problem is
most used cars by now have some delamination of some sort.
