[W126 Coupe] work shop manuals

Some years ago, it was possible to download the CD's with the workshop
manual for the W126. 

 

I have a 560 SEC 1989, built in South Africa, will pass 200.000 kilometre
before the end of the year. Only a few problems, idling and I think it is
time to rebuilt/refurbish or change the injectors. Did the timing chain,
fuel pump, both fuel filters, cold start valve and a few joints at the
steering 2 years ago.

 

I am desperately looking for a workshop manual for the other Mercedes, S320
Cdi 2002, which gives me much more headache than the old one. The last few
months it is getting more and more difficult to start when the engine is
warm. I can drive short distances or on the highway as long as the engine
temp is below 70 (Celsius), no problem to start at all, if I turn of the
engine after traffic jam or just driving slowly in town and the engine temp
is close to 90, it will not start until it has cooled down.

 

There is no electrical fault, the starter engine turns at full power, all
other electrical things work perfectly. The on board computer states 'no
malfunction'. A friend of mine drives an old Nissan pickup truck with a V6
turbo diesel, he had the same problem and he puts a few drops of petrol in
the inlet, (after the air filter) and the engines starts, albeit with a few
knocks, I tried the same on the S320 Cdi, it works but I suppose it is not
so good, it is also rather inconvenient to open the bonnet, loosening the
air intake and put a few drops of petrol there.

 

Someone said it might be the fuel filter or the electric fuel pump, (beneath
the rear seat), and if there isn't enough pressure at the engine the
computer will switch of the fuel supply. Obviously the engine starts when I
put petrol in the air intake, maybe I should try with diesel too, if it
works with the diesel, then it must the electric fuel pump or the filter.

 

But I would really appreciate if someone could tell me where it is possible
to download the work shop manuals, S320 Cdi 2002, and 560 SEC 1989.
