Hi Folks

    While I am in Canada I want to pick up a tool for resessing body panels 
so a new steel patch can be welded in.In the UK they refer to this tool as 
"Edge Setting or Joggler".

    Question is what is the description of this tool in the USA or Canada 
,and what is a reputable company to deal with using mail order.
 As I  may pre order and get it posted to friend in Canada.
