[W126 Coupe] Advice

Close to my home is a fine 500 SL 1991 for sale.
White and light beige interior and has 18" wheels and the front tires are about 40%.
The car was the car of a woman and her spouse has 5 cars on the lot.
In 10 years she has added as a second owner 13,000 miles to the car and the mileage is just 55,000.
They bought the car from a friend. In the 10 years the car had a couple oil changes and a front break job.
He has all the records and let me have the car tested.
Asking price is $8500.
He is selling it, because his wife just gets a new Cadillac SUV.

What do you think and please give me some advice.
