Thanks Markus; excellant ideas.  By the way everything you said the answer is yes except the paint.  It is the original paint, timing chain has been changed and the fluids changed at twice the cycle recommended by the factory.

Good luck with your sale.   I have a suggestion to help you maximize your final sale.  If you are looking for top dollar, I suggest listing many more details.  Things like items serviced, any paint work done (or not), etc.  At this age, if timing chain was never done, suspension rubber never done, those are all things I'd want to know and factor into the overall cost.  When were fluids last changed?  On what cycle?  A/C working or not?  Any delamination of rear window?  Any rust in trunk under rear window, etc?  How does the car idle - at what rpm?
