Please excuse me for jumping in on this "conversation". When I owned my 124 300TE I found that getting under the car and removing the plastic cover became a nuisance. Enter the oil drain pump that allows you to suck out the oil via the dipstick tube. I bought one and love it! If you have your doubts that it doesn't do the whole job I did too. After draining my oil this way I removed the plastic cover, loosened the oil drain nut and a very small amount of oil drained out - may be 2-3 ounces. I have used this device for several years and it sure beats getting under the car. Of course, if you happen to have the filters under there also you still have to jack it up, etc. "Try it you'll like it".

Does the car still have the bottom plastic cover for the engine?
This is the piece that you take off when the car is on a lift to get access to the oil pan, etc. in order to change the oil?
thank you

I bought two Euo SEC's as a package deal and will need to use one as a parts car for the other and then part it as quickly as possible.
This car has a US front bumper, but the rear is a euro. It also has euro lights, turn signals, and tail lights, good glass and straight sheet metal.

I checked EPC and it has a limited slip diff which I will also pull from the car.

It's a no sunroof car but the interior is worn.

Please let me know if you need anything from it as I will get motivated very soon to move it. Right now I have a 1000 sq ft unit with a pile of parts and 4 cars, there is no room to swing a cat!

With best regards

Al
