[W126 Coupe] 17" AMG Wheels

Hello all,
 
I just picked up an '85 500SEC Euro that has 5 spoke 17" AMG wheels on it. The wheels have the AMG logo on one of the 5 spokes. I am trying to figure out if anyone knows if aftermarket companies were permitted to make reproductions and put the logo on the wheel or would these be true AMG wheels? Also the car has Ricaro style seats in it as well. They are not electrical seats, but they look like they bolted right in. Anyone seen this before?
