[W126 Coupe] Regulator Woes

Hi guys,

Motor operates fine, the stuff on the rail is lithium grease for window 
lubrication as the window slides up and down, the holes are not hollowed out 
although there are some cracks around one hole.  The crack I can fix with 
washers.

The metal rod was probably added in the conversion.  This is a European 
"grey" car imported to CA.  In the last fix, I replaced the regulator, and 
put in a used motor from old parts.  The last remaining puzzle piece is the
1982-1983 Mercedes Benz 380SEC - EZ Window Regulator Guide Jaw, whatever 
that is.
