1 Take it back to whom ever did the work. When they did the brake job they did no replace the brake sensors, hence the light. They are not meant to be reused. That's where I would look fist.

The "E" in the E320 is short for "error"

That 9 V? battery gives an indication that there is a problem with the brakes ( a red light indicator) and the brakes has just been replaced.
