[W126 Coupe] 560 Rebuild

Hi Folks

    Just been looking at Gerry's rebuild on Facebook,very impressive,a lot 
of work obviously went into the photo's and accompanying notes,thanks Gerry 
for sharing the rebuild with the Members.

    I have a few questions relating to the rebuild.

    1/The rubber seals on the intake manifold did they show any signs of 
potential vaccuum leakage?

    2/ Removing the head bolts with the special tool,is it possible to use 
1/2 Allen socket with a right angled bar?

    3/I would think the rocker arm removal tool cannot be substituted.

    4/ How you any idea of the total cost of parts?
