[W126 Coupe] Rear Window support panel

Pull the rear window, treat all the rust there, ie. grind/sand/acid
etch/neutralize then coat everything iin POR> There is a seam where
they resistance weld two body panels together..this seam was never
sealed @ the factory and moisture makes it's way in over time..
Sealing this up and all the surrounding metal Should mitigate the rust
issue almost entirely. Have yet to see or hear of a better means.
