[W126 Coupe] MBCOUPES Digest, Vol 70, Issue 7

The power to the wiper motor goes from the fuse to the switch to the relay
to the motor. Since you can turn the motor on through the switch, it is not
the fuse, the motor, or the relay, so I'd suspect the switch.

On the headlights, always check the fuses first, as the aluminum ones can
burn/corrode out at the contacts. Replace them with the copper ones after
cleaning the fuse block clips. Type 123's also have corrosion problems in
the connectors located on the headlight buckets near the parking/turn
signals, and with the ground connectors. Clean them up if you have power to
the connector base, but not the bulbs. If no power to the base, check the
output of the ice cube relays located under the black plastic cover mounted
to the top of the driver's side wheelwell near the brake booster. One of
these is for the auxiliary fan, so get the right one. Your 380 may be
somewhat different from my CD's.
