[W126 Coupe] 7" of play in park

Before you take the trans apart again, I would inspect your drive shaft U-joints and rear axle backlash (play).
Maybe it's something else that's worn and introducing more slack in the driveline?
 
I have a hard time believing you can wear out a parking pawl with normal use (even without using the emergency brake on a regular basis).

Ok so how do I fix it the Trans. Was re-built 5 month ago so is it the
bushings on the Linkage is worn or the pin ?

None of my cars rock like this, only ones that do rock to such a degree 
have been neglected in that the owner(s) never engaged the parking brake 
before putting the car in park.
