Lisa,



On the dash itself there are two knobs. One is on the left side, above the ignition key and is used to set the clock.



The knob on the right side of the steering wheel has two funtions. If you push it in you reset the trip counter to zero. If you rotate it, you adjust the intensity of the interior lighting.



If the lights won't work at all, try to rotate the knob several times to scrape corrosion off the contact points. If it still doesn't work, you'll have to pop the dash cluster and replace the rheostat.
