[W126 Coupe] window trim removal/replacement

If your window rubber (inside and out) is old, hard and worn, and you do remove the bottom chrome trim pieces, might not now be a good time to replace the rubber?  

Outside anyway?  Just a thought.

  they can be difficult to remove, but it the fellow is Careful and takes his time he should be OK..

  Price of new isn't horrible..I know the rear bits are 90/side.
