A vapor steamer works best. Get one at walmart $80. use it for everything

Hi Dean, I had the same problem with my SEC and removed the residue
with either 3M Adhesive Remover or a single edge razor blade (flat
against the glass). The blade worked best on large unobstructed areas,
the the 3M remover was better in hard to get spots. I had to use long
swabs and the 3M remover to get the behind the seatbelt presenter
housings. It took a while, but I got it all off. Regards, John
