[W126 Coupe] in search of 560 sec door panel speaker covers (grey)

Hello all

I am looking for front door panel speaker covers . I have got euro 560 sec
the previous owner has cut out the covers from the right and left door panel
its looking really bad big hole :(
ı know only usa version sec's have got front door panel covers ı cant find
this in my country . does anyone have any spares or does anyone know where ı
can find these used please let me know .
