[W126 Coupe] 380SEC no start

Set the scenario .... car has been running incredibly well, new plugs, new wires new throttle position relay and temperature sensor, idles great, no problems.? Then driving in down pouring rain ... amost can't see so bad.? Car shuts down. dash lights up like a Christmas tree and I end up on a roll back.? Replaced green ignition wire upon start of truble shooting ... it fell apart when I pulled it off the swirtching unit.? FOllowed the troubleshooting procedure in the factory manual from the fatherland, passes all the tests.? What next??
