[W126 Coupe] I'm may be getting screwed, I need help in establishing value on my SEC for insurance claim

Unless you had it privately appraised, it's unlikely you'll have much
ammo to fight with your insurance carrier beyond the blue book value.
BTW, glad you're ok and very sad to hear about the car.
