[W126 Coupe] Transmission shift issue.

Hello Folks just wanted to thank the group for the help w/pass issues to repair my 1984 380 SEC. Recently I changed the transmission filter & oil after replacing the same amount measured from the drain the shift from 2nd to 3rd pauses. I will say that I did not drain my torque converter. It swifted correctly prior to the service, I did check the vacuum line on the left side of trans to make sure it was on damaged/leaking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
