[W126 Coupe] are these cars 4 wheel alignment

I've noticed that the rear of my car sags a bit, causing the wheels to
be cambered in at the top. I'm assuming that if I keep driving with it
like this I'll have accelerated wear on the inside of the tires, but
haven't fixed it yet.
