[W126 Coupe] Lumpy Engine

Hi Folks

    After changing plugs and leads,checking for vac leaks,I decided to 
remove the injectors and apply compressed air @500 kpa,they all "sang" the 
same tune except 1 which took a while before joining the others.Spray 
patterns from the existing fuel were not concentric.

    On one web site it lists a special tool to hold the injector open,does 
anyone know what this looks like and is there a simple test one can perform 
at home to check operation?These have done 50,000 mls should I be looking at 
a new set?
