[W126 Coupe] Rotors and Pads Upgrade

Does anyone have any experience upgrading the pads and rotors on a 560 SEC?
Mine are due for replacement and I was thinking about ceramic pads and
drilled rotors.

Any suggestions, experiences and sources would be appreciated. Is it worth
the additional cost? Also, does anyone know where to get a rebuild kit for
the calipers?
