Gary,

 

Have you checked in the folder where you have your user manuals if there is a code card for the radio?

 

If you can't locate the code, your local MB dealer will be able to give you the code if you still have the original radio.

 

If that doesn't work you can send the radio to Becker North America to have the code reset.

so i checked out the climate control box and it was ok, although i had to take the radio out (i didn't disconnect it) when i put it back in, now i have four dashes on the radio screen and it doesn't play.  i'm assuming i need a code.  someone help.  thanks
