[W126 Coupe] Brake Rotor Turning

To the experts out in mbcoupes land

 

Is it worth trying to turn the rotors on my 91 560 SEC? The rotors have
a lip on them. If not worth turning , what do you recommend for
replacement rotors? I'm asking online as the archives are still down.
