[W126 Coupe] A/C VENT

I haven't had my car out in awhile and used it yesterday 110 degrees out AZ. when I floored it or gave to much throttle the center a/c vents hardly blew anything until I let off the gas some, also all the way. then would blow hard like normal. Any idea's ?
