[W126 Coupe] lower cladding paint

Shin,
if that original paint has faded you will need to do a blend. Maybe a
digital image at the local paint shop to make the mix and they can set
you up with a one step spray can if its a small blemish. I've repainted
all of my lower cladding on a 300se the original gray color but, removed
all , including the chrome strips to get it right. All done on benches
and off the car. The touch-up I made up and use in a Preval sprayer as
the occasional nick occurs. If it's a nick with depth, I use a two step
filler then paint with the Preval.
