[W126 Coupe] question about spark plugs

If you give them a good twist, you'll most likely find that the round 
nub on the end unscrews.

Some brands ship assembled, where as some brands ship with the adapter 
loose in the box with the plugs.  I had to remove the tips on each of 
the replacement ones for my last set.
