A little insight on the 380 US engine, 307 rear end, no cats,
and 5 liter cams with solid lifters. It now can get out of
Its shadow.

I have both US and euro 380. I must say that
the us is nothing special but the euro is quite a
nice little engine. It is superior to the US with
the cams used, the dual chain, the exhaust
manifolds, and is much more powerful. If you
can get your hands on the euro I'd
recommend that over the US 500. It has more
power and better gas mileage (21.5 mpg). It is
however the higher compression engine which
in turn requires premium gas. PS: thanks for
the springs Richard the car looks sooo much
better.
