[W126 Coupe] Running rough

In the words of Yogi Berrra, "It sounds like Deja Vue all over again".

Might be interesting to see how rich the various cylinders are running.

They did a check on the monitor (measuring the Lamba sensor output)
[mine was retro-fitted with a cat] and it was well over where it should have
been and after adjusting this set-screw things became much better. (that
was after they [a retired MB mechanic and help] completely tore-apart,
cleaned and reassembled the fuel distributor.
