I had my 84 tranney re-built about 5 years ago by a well respected
independent transmission shop for $1,800. The performance has been flawless.
Looks like your cost would be a reasonable figure today.

Anyway the Transmission seems fine But the engine is running very
rough it was a little rough when I had it towed off to the transmission shop
but now it’s like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Could the guys at the
Transmission shop have done something Any ideas.
