Kelly,

Try the attached file for the euro pin to socket configuration.  You'll need
to inspect both the male and female connector pin positions to remedy what
you describe.

As for the fogs, the harness from the fogs comes up and plugs into a fog
socket to the backside side of each euro headlamp assembly.  I can get a
photo to you if needed.
