[W126 Coupe] In Memoriam: Rudy Tan (1938-2008)

I would like to dedicate this posting to my brother-in-law, Rudy Tan, who died on Christmas Eve of lung cancer which had metastasized to his brain.? Rudy had a 1986 SEC, black/palomino, and he loved that car.? When he learned of my interest in SECs, he told me about this forum.? I am grateful for that, as I have enjoyed reading the postings.

Rudy was a true gentleman in every sense of the word.? He was liked by everyone he met and loved by his family, who stood by him until the very end.? You see, Rudy had a tragic flaw: He was a smoker.? Up until last April, he was healthy and enjoying life.? Eight months later, he was gone.? 

So, if any of you smoke, I have just one word for you:? quit.? 

Please spread the word.? In memory of Rudy Tan.
