   I might as well throw my 2 cents in also. Being an 83 model, I came
with 14 "stock wheels.

Changing to AMG springs and 17" wheels made a total different vehicle. I
would give up ride

Comfort for handling on the SEC. anytime. Ask the Lexus and motorcycle
who could not quit make the

Good morning Rudolf:

>From a strictly personal opinion, there was a marked change in handling

(side to side sway) when I went from the factory 16" to 18". 
Same size all the way around. This change was made to my 600 SEC. At
5000lbs and the adjustable suspension, the comfort level is still very
smooth.
