[W126 Coupe] side marker wiring

Hi Kelly,

The 2-pin grey/green wire for the fog lamps plugs into the chassis 2-wire
harness typically attached to a holder that is on the back of the
headlamps.  This holder (metal bracket with single screw into headlamp
housing) and wire harness are independent of the euro 6-pin euro lamp
socket.
