100 years ago there was no open heart surgery, you could not get a
liver transplant, you had limited indoor plumbing, women and blacks
could not vote, an eighty hour work week was common, health care
was non existent, if a person lived to be 60 years of age that was
old and you could not send crap on the internet for there was no
internet.
